School of Physical & Mathematical Sciences (SPMS).

3b.) For applicants to the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) and the School of Materials Science & Engineering (MSE), please click here to apply via a paperless system.
Applicants of these four Schools will submit online applications with scanned copies of supporting documents (for eg, degree certificates and transcripts, TOEFL, GRE, etc). After your online submission, the system will contact your academic referees to submit their reports to the University via an online system.
4.) All applications are referred to the relevant Schools for consideration, after which they are forwarded to the management for approval.
5.) Before sending in the application, check that the information you have entered is correct and accurate. Changes could not be made to an online application after its submission.
