Matriculation Details

This option is only for applicants who have received the offer of admission from the University.

If you are offered admission, you will be given the URL address to accept the offer via internet. The system will also prompt you to set up an email account with us. Future correspondences with you will be through that email account.

International Students (Part-time)

Please be informed that if you are not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, you are to ensure that you have a valid immigration pass throughout the entire course of study. Do check the SAO-Student Support's webpage for information about pre-departure checklist, immigration, accommodation, etc. For clarifications, please email to

International Students (Full-time)

For International students holding student's pass, you will receive an email from SAO-ISS regarding health screening appointment and student's pass registration. Our office will email you the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter upon receipt from Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.

Health Screening

All students (Part-Time and Full-Time) must undergo and pass a health screening test prior to admission to the University. Please note that health screening fee(s) will be borne by the students. Do allow 5 to 7 working days before matriculation for your health screening test to be processed.

Part-time and/or local students can proceed directly to University Health Service (UHS) for their health screening. For exemption of health screening, please approach the staff at UHS.
