LEaRN students are required to hold a valid Student’s Pass issued by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and they will be notified via the E-acceptance package on the student pass application procedures.

Upon the completion of “Student’s Pass Application”, students are to wait for about 4 weeks for an In-principle of Approval (IPA) to be issued from the ICA, which will be forwarded to ISC.
Please note that students under this category will need the IPA letter before they can enter Singapore. Students will receive the IPA from ISC via mail.
