Who is eligible?
- Full-Time Programme: All financially-needy students pursuing their first undergraduate degree are eligible.
- Gross monthly Per Capita household Income (PCI) of less than or equal to $1,700 per month.
- A bursary may be awarded depending on your financial situation and criteria set down by the University / Donor. The number of bursaries available to Singapore PRs and International students is limited.
- Students receiving the bursary must not concurrently hold other bursaries or scholarships.
- NIE trainee teachers whose tuition fees are paid by MOE and/or are drawing salary/stipend from MOE are not eligible to apply.

After you have obtained your NTU Matriculation Number, the "NTU Online Acceptance Form" will be available to you. The bursary application link can be found in this "NTU Online Acceptance Form".
