Who is eligible?

Full-Time Programme: Only Singaporean students are eligible.

Gross monthly Per Capita household Income (PCI) of less than or equal to S$500 per month.

NIE trainee teachers whose tuition fees are paid by MOE and/or are drawing salary/stipend from MOE are not eligible to apply.

Recipient may not concurrently hold another Scholarship / MOE Bursary.

How to apply
- Download a copy of the Application Form and Document Checklist.
- Submit supporting documents.
- Complete the Application Form. Forward the Application Form, Document Checklist and all necessary supporting documents to reach Office of Admissions & Financial Aid (OAFA) during the specified period for our endorsement.

Operating Hours: 9.00 am to 4.45 pm
- Processing time is estimated at 2 working days upon receipt of your relevant documents. Once your form is endorsed, a call/email will be made to you to collect your endorsed form from our office.
- Submit your endorsed form and supporting documents in person to your Community Centre/Club (CCO) by the specified period. The CC will notify the applicants of the outcome by post. Please check direcly with your CC for any enquiries.
Application period
Application for 2009:
- Forward application to reach NTU Office of Admissions & Financial Aid (OAFA) between 22 September 09 to 30 September 09 for our endorsement.
- Submit your endorsed form and supporting documents in person to your Community Centre/Club (CC) between 28 September to 4 October 2009.
